RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note that we have a 5-7 day return policy, and we will accept returns only for items received damaged/broken/incorrect. If you wish to return an item, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our customer service department will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is accepted. We won't accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

I urge you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases as well. We would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your specific item.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In order to get what you want, you should return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted. The offer applies only to articles that have been ordered incorrectly or that have been broken.
