SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS

In most cases, products will be dispatched within 1- 2 business days, but products that are out of stock can take up to seven to ten working days. The weight of the product will be used to calculate shipping rates at the checkout page.
After an order has been shipped and left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When a consumer receives defective goods after delivery, they can return them. Delivery is estimated to take between three and eight days. A change in delivery time may, however, be caused by unforeseen events.
Depending on stock levels, we strive to keep our website up-to-date, but occasionally there may be discrepancies in stock levels, making it impossible for us to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. Our customer service department will contact you if the backordered item is restocked or if you would like a refund in this case.
